On the 12th April 2018 in Kielce was held the Academic Job Fair, in which Effect glass company took part. During this event held in the Centre of Entrepreneurship and Business of the Jan Kochanowski University (UJK), presented 50 exhibitors that prepared more than one thousand job offers, proposals of the internships and apprenticeships for the students.
During this fair the Effect glass company searched for the employees both among the university graduates, and the students interested in the apprenticeship in one of the company’s departments. The Procurement Department, the Maintenance Department, the Quality Control Department and the Production Planning Department wait for the apprentices.
The participation in the Academic Job Fair gives the students and graduates of this university in Kielce an opportunity to familiarise with the current job offers, apprenticeships, jobs and internships. It is a good occasion for the representatives of the company to figure out about the capabilities and skills of the applicants to the selected job positions and to make observations related to an interest in the respective job and internships offers.
